TCD is looking for substitute teachers. If you have at least 60 college credit hours, you can apply for a short term substitute license. We pay more than most schools in the area, and our students and staff are a blast to work with. Come work with our team!
81% of TCD students earned 8,147 college credits during the 2022/23 school year through dual credit agreements with our college partners. They did this by taking classes at TCD in one of our 18 Programs.

Earn Industry Recognized Credentials
56% of TCD students earned Industry Recognized Credentials and certifications during the 22/23 school year.Including State Regulated Licenses in, IDPH – Certified Nursing Assistant, IDPH/NREMT – Emergency Medical Technician License, & IDPFR.

TCD’s Automotive Technology Program is Certified by NATEF (ASE)TCD’s Professional Cooking, Baking, & Services Program is recognized as an ACF “Exemplary” Culinary Arts Program and is the only high school program.
